How to Use:
For Heat: Place a glass of water in the microwave, then add your Ouchie Pack. Heat for 30-40 seconds (or up to a minute if you like it toastier).
For Cold: Pop your Ouchie Pack in a ziplock bag (so it doesn’t smell like frozen peas) and leave it in the freezer for about an hour.
